pain in the Finger

Do you ever have those days where nothing seems to go right and every time you turn around something ells manages to piss you off? I have had a week of that it’s been happy cause well I’m a happy and optimistic person but things are really getting to me! I’m not sure if it’s the heat or that fact that some people are just annoying but let me tell you I don’t like it! Not one bit. It started last Monday when I got home from a camping trip to my room a mess because my sister left my door open and my dog went through my stuff! Then my dad was supposed to come home and take me fishing and go play base ball … didn’t happen not that it was his fault, he is a truck driver so he never knows when he will actually be home then I had to work and my manager was being a total witch but her what ells new. Then my sister who moved back into new Hamburg had an epiphany of some sort that hey drinking and smoke is probably not good for you and she should get fit again, and you would think that she would be smart enough to realize that hey my lungs are full of gross stuff so trying to run 3k on a hot day after 3 cigarettes isn’t the best idea then she came in to my room and took every pair of jean shorts that I have back to her house.  I am just sleepy and have a lack of energy.  So I guess it hasn’t been that bad I’m just in the mood to complain.

Doves arent so pretty

To be honest I don’t really pay attention to advertising or anything because nothing is really ever as it seems I know should but o well what can you do? One product that I would like to point out that makes false claim is dove shampoo and all dove products. The company claims that it is running a true beauty campaign and that helps people to know their beauty inside and out. Their shampoo claims to repair your hair in a healthy way being gentle to your hair and scalp and making your hair shine in colour.

    Well that really not the case. The main ingredient in their shampoo is sodium laureth sulphate which is what makes shampoo bubble and creates the suds most of us think that the more bubbles that come out of the shampoo the better and cleaner it is for your hair but that is not the case sodium laureth sulphate is known to cause cancer in your head. It also damages hair my self using it my hair had lost a lot of its colour after about 2 weeks of using it and my hair started to become thin and was becoming brittle. The conditioner wasn’t helping.

 For a company that claims to be natural it’s not doing such a great job. I will be suing them for 3.4 million dollars for encouraging g me to believe that this was a healthy choice when Cleary it was not. So thank dove for trying to make me go bald and get sick.

well i guess this is a review kind of

I almost wet my self while watching the Canadian movie Bon cop bad cop it may have been from all of the horrid language they were using, the comedy coming out in it or for the action. I don’t like high action all that much I’m more of a lovey dovey movie girl but this movie is a keeper.

 When the murder takes place on the boarder of Quebec and Ontario Cole Feor who plays Martin Ward really knows how to act out that I’m a good cop thing and all my morals and values are set in stone and I refuse to do anything against the law type person and acting along side him Patrick Huard who plays David Boucher the I’m a bad ass and we do things my way or not at all. Theses two clowns really know how to put on a show  

  The chemistry between the two actors helps to make the film the great one that it is. The directing was phenomenal they really chose great actors. With having to work together the two totally different personality characters certainly knew how to make this bad ass film a success through the whole movie using comedy and action to solve a murder.  

From start to finish you never want to blink. Of course I can’t really see a cop stuffing someone in the trunk and not letting them out again but who are we to judge. Regard to actors thumbs up goes to Patrick Huard who made the film what it is Cole Feor could really use some touching up in not trying to be such a hard butt all the time but still they he portrayed the character was well done. Next time I would encourage smoking so much but all in all great plot great story line FANTABULOUSE actors and characters id give er a 4 and a half out of 5 !

If dreams come true

In my dreams this is what would happen

 I would leave from Pearson International Air port in Toronto on April 16 2011, so clearly I would get there by plane seeing as trains and cars can go on water… at least not yet anyway. Getting around there I would rent a car or just walk around unless it was more than a half hour walk because id probably to lazy to walk after a long flight. The best hotel to stay at is looking like Vibe hotels Sydney and for the second night The Russell Hotel.

Sydney opera house, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney aquarium, Taramamra Beach and powerhouse museum are the main attractions or places that I will visit unless I get side tracked of course which is bound to happen with me.

For breakfast it would be cereal both days

One day it would be pork belly and prawn salads from SPICE AM for lunch

For dinner a bowl of rice and probably 4 bowls of salad at Bodi

Next day for lunch lemongrass laksa stacked high with fresh mussels at Bungalow 8

And for dinner for last night there : Mud crab congee, fresh palm heart, hand-shelled mud crab, chinese inspired split rice porridge at Quay

How be a good friend

Never tell your friend anything because they will probably tell everyone else what you said.

Never keep secrets your friends have told you because well keeping secrets never makes friends telling secrets does, Always talk behind your friends back because well really you cant talk in front of their back because then you’d be talking about them in front of them.

Never invite your friend over because it will make your mom mad always insist on going over to their house because their moms would be happy to have you, always ask to stay for dinner because when it comes to your friends moms they love to cook unexpectedly for their kids friends that come over.

Never listen to what your friends have to say because it will generally be boring and they will more appreciate you not listening then to listen and not remember what they said to you.

Always call your friends in the middle of the night and tell them you have to tell them something really extremely important the next day but you wanted to give them a heads up that you want to tell them something.

No matter what always tell your friends that look good because even if they look really bad they will appreciate the lie that they look good.

When shopping always buy the exact same cloths so that people will know you guys are friends in fact get everything the same that they have.

Always agree that you love the same things as them even if you don’t it will make you that much closer!

Always Always Always like the same boys as them this will make sure you are best friends because you have the same taste in people as them.

If they have a car make them drive you around everywhere but don’t give them gas money because they won’t take it from you since it’s their car and they should be able to fill it. See isn’t it easy!

Love is some thing special you can’t just find it over night and it’s not found in a box of chocolate. Yes Valentines Day is a way to show someone you love them but it has gone over board now. Me personally I can’t say I enjoy it as much as I did when I was younger. In middle school everyone got a valentines day card or treat from everyone ells in the class but we generally grow out of that. When you get older it’s like a crime if you are in a relationship and forget to get that person something. Yes it’s sweet to get to celebrate but I really don’t get why it should be one day that we are “supposed” to do something nice or cute for person we care about.

          Every year I watch my mom give my dad a card that says the sappiest stuff IV heard that makes me want to gag in it and my dad just give her a kiss and says happy Valentines Day. My friend’s parents go to Niagara Falls every year for a “romantic getaway” um who’s going feed the kids there guys! My sister couldn’t care less about Valentines Day she thinks it was the dumbest thing ever created and I agree.

      When I’m older and married it will be cute but id rather be surprised any other day of the year than that day I don’t want to see it coming but I guess that’s just my opinion in the matter, so cupid sorry that you have to freeze for any entire day in your diaper shooting people with arrows but I guarantee if you ever try to shoot me with a love arrow ill knock you right out of the sky. Really though who has a status day like so many people were upset yesterday because they wore the wrong color, who says white means single pink means in a relation ship and purple means its complicated well I wore black to say I couldn’t care less. I know 3 people who broke up their boy friend because they were wearing white or purple I don’t understand it but that’s just me, I’m sure when I’m older ill love it more but right now I could care less about it, and Hallmark your loosing your touch in cards!! But really I won't like I'm such a sucker for love story books and movies.

Seeker

10 years from now I will be 29, I have no idea where I will be then but my hopes are high my dreams are big and I’m ready to aim among the stars. In ten years I see my self graduated from Conestoga College wish is where I was accepted to last week, with a family of my own living in the Baden or New Hamburg area. I will be a very happy person who loves life and living it to the fullest. I hope to have matured more than ever and have learned many things the hard way that have helped me to be so mature.

      Most likely still be dressing the same way: jeans and work out shorts, sweater or t-shirt own too many pairs of shoes same hair colour hopefully a little bit taller than this so I don’t get made fun of my height.  I’ll be working in recreation and leisure services in a youth centre helping to create games and activities to help keep them active and social or ill be working in a rehabilitation hospital helping people who have been in an accident/had cancer (I hope it will be cured by then ) to gain their strength back . That would be my dream job just helping people where I can.

      I plan to be married for 4 or 5 years and have 2 or 4 kids. I don’t want to have an uneven number of children because I wouldn’t any of them to be left out of anything. I hope to a dog and do a lot of family thing’s I just want to be happy that’s pretty much where I see my self just happy and a nice family but hey who really knows where they will be I could drop out of college which I’m hoping doesn’t happen cause that would suck, I could some how become famous which I hope doesn’t happen because I really don’t feel like dealing with all that drama so I’m going to plan for the worst and hope for the best … here’s hoping everything goes well !

why be soneone you aren't?

Of course fame and fortune is something everyone deep down or very surfaced wants. Personally I wouldn’t not want that to be a life style for me, I am quite happy with how my life is: small town country girl with a nice private life.

  I look in the news paper online and in magazines and all of the people in them seem to be happy yes but on the inside they just want a private life. Some of them feel violated and they wish they could get a way from it. There are people who are famous for good things they have done and I am happy they have done a good deed and they deserve recognition. Some may yes actually want it but that wouldn’t be a life for me.

  

     There is an actress named Holly Marie Combs she has played in numerous movies and televisions shows for those of you who watch Pretty Little Liars she is plays Ella Montgomery Arias mom yes she is my favourite actress and I had the absolute privilege of having a conversation with her last year. Recently she got a divorce from her husband of 4 years and the second the camera caught her with the divorce papers it was instantly plastered all of the internet and she was so upset by it she said that its her private life and the only comment she had for it was that it was her life and she would like to keep private what she can and it was no one else’s business. 

       Like I said that’s not what I would want I wouldn’t want to be haunted by camera and not get away from it. To me it would make me feel that no one like’s me for who I am and that people would just be using me and that I would slip away from whom I really am. Money cant but happiness, it would be like one of those bad dreams where you are trying to run away from something but you just can’t seem to keep your feet planted on the ground to run fast enough. Can you imagine forever haunted with camera in your face? I will never want that!

RANTING ITS A NEED!!

I'm sitting here in a library with a friend and she tells me about a tweet that she saw from a person she follows.  I didn't know who the person was i thought He might go to our school but its turns out he is a famous rapper.  She is pretty much killing her self laughing at me because i didn't know but all I could think to myself was well that's fine with me because he doesn't know who i am so whats the big deal.

Then I got in to thinking even more about how insulted famous people get if you don't realize who they are. Well not to be rude to them but they don't know who i am and they could care less so why are they so upset i don't know who they are i mean really mt world doesn't revolve around people knowing me from all around the world and i couldn't care less if they were insulted.

Yes i do have those famous singers and actors that i like but its because they have a great talent or have done something incredible like Holly Marie Combs who has been in several movies and t.v shows and also own over a hundred animal care shelters across the world and she talks to people she thinks could use a friend ( from twitter) and volunteers at several horse ranches and owns one that she has for underprivileged kids. A famous singer would be someone like johnny reid who is a country singer who sings about helping people and trying to change the world one small step at a time . Its people like them that i consider famous and deserve to be known not rappers who sing about violence and hurting people.

Yes sorry mac miller i didn't know who you are but i'm fine with that and i hope you and every other famous person learns to accept that sometimes you just wont be known by everyone. O and my writers craft teacher is pretty great just thought id add her in quick.

To be honest with you there are many songs that I could say are a theme song for my life at this time in my life. Every song on my iPhone tells a different party of my life (well for the most part).

 There are so many things that go on in my life and well everyone has things in there life going on and every song we listen to can tell a part of our story.

       Last year my theme song would be step at a time by Jordan sparks because I was so afraid of things I was taking one day at a time and learning to live a care free life (well as care free as possible) but also stand by rascal flats because its what I was trying to do when I got life changing and heart breaking news that changed a lot of things about me.

These songs say so much about me and what my life is like. I believe so many things in these songs to be true about me like this line “I may be week but I’m never defeated” because I will never give up on something that I have started to fight for, weather that’s in sports or proving my self to someone.  Also the line “I’ll keep believing in the clouds with the sweet silver lining” because there is a silver lining to everything you may have to look harder in some places but its there and I have been doing that for some time now and it’s a great feeling. Also the hole song the tide is high is true because I’m NOT the kind of girl to give up just like that.
